Pour la régularisation immédiate de tous les sans-papiers!

Le coronavirus et le confinement ont été un moment très dur pour toute la société. Mais pour les sans-papiers ça a été encore plus dur.
Dans les foyers, les squats, les centres de rétention, le confinement c'était la mise en danger des gens à l'intérieur. Beaucoup sont tombés malades, parfois gravement, comme au squat Bugatti à Eckbolsheim. Après les soignants, ils étaient en deuxième ligne face au virus.

Face à la crise sanitaire, l'État a abandonné les sans-papiers. Stop ! Maintenant nous voulons la régularisation de tous les sans-papiers sans exception pour une vie digne pour tout le monde.
L'appel du 30 mai disait « Des mesures immédiates contre la bombe sanitaire » et ce jour-là des manifestations ont eu lieu partout en France. À Strasbourg nous étions plus d'une centaine place de la Gare.

Le collectif des sans-papiers d'Alsace appelle tout le monde, les
sans-papiers, les associations et l'ensemble de la population à participer au prochain rassemblement le 20 juin 2020 à 15h place Kléber.

- L'ABROGATION DE LA LOI DUBLIN 2

تَسْوِية فورية للوضعية القانونية لجميع المُهَاجرين غير النِّظَامِيين
20 جوان 2020 السَّاعة الثَّالِثة مساءً بساحة كليبر، سترَازْبُورْغ

لَقَدْ كَانَ لِفَيْرُوسِ كُورُونَا وَ اُلحَجْرِ اُلصِحِّي فَتْرَة صَعْبَه لِلمُجْتَمَعِ كَكُلّ. لَكِنّ هَذِه اُلفَتْرة كَانَت أَكْثَرَصُعُوبَةٍ للمهاجرين الغير نظاميين نَظَرً لِوضعهم جَرّاء هَذَا آلوَبَاء سَوَاء فِي آلإقَامات العَشْوائيه أو فِي مَرَاكِز الإيقَاف و الإحْتِجَاز .

لَقَد وَضَعَ الحَجْر الصِّحِّي هَذِه الفِئَه مِنَ المُهَا جِين فِي خَطَر؛ مَرِضَ الكَثِير ووصَلَ البَعْضَ مِنْهُم إلَي مَرَاحِل خَطِيرة خَاصّة في آلإقَامات العَشْوائيه كَمَا هو الحَال في بُوغَاتِي .لَقَد كَانَت هَذِه الفِئة مُعَرّضَة لِلخَطَر وَ وَاجَهُوا الوَبَاء فِي الَمرْتبة الثّا نَية بَعْد مُوَظّفِيَ القِطَاعِ الصِّحِّي
ردا على الأزمة الصحية ، تخلت الدولة عن المُهَاجرين غير النِّظَامِيين. كَفا!!!
نُطَالَب اليَوم بِتَسْوِيّة الوَضْعِيّة القَانُونِيّة لجميع المهاجرين غير النِّظَامِيين بدون استثناء ضَمَاناً لكرامتهم.

وَقَد ناَدَت مسيرة 30 ماي تَضامُنًا مَعَ المُهَاجِرِين الغَير نِظَامِيين ب: "إتِّخَاذِ إجْرأت فورية ضد هَذِهِ القُنْبُلَة الّصحّية" وقد نُظِّمت تظاهرات في ذلك اليوم وقعت في جميع أنحاء فرنسا. في ستراسبورغ كنا أكثر من مائة مُتَضامِن بِساَحَة المَحَطّة الرّئِسية .

تَدْعُو لَجْنة المهاجرين غير نظاميين بِمُقَاطَعَة الألزاس الجَمِيع ،المُهَاجِرين الغَير نظاميين ، والجمعيات وجميع السكان للمشاركة في المسيرة القادمة في 20 جوان 2020 الساعة الثّالِثه مساءً بساحة كليبر وذَلِكَ لِلْمُطَالَبَة ب:
تَسْوِية فَورِيّة للوَضْعِيٌة القَانُونِيّة لِجَمِيعَ المُهَاجِرِين غير نظاميين-
إغلاق مراكز الاعتقال-
الحق الفوري والشامل في الرعاية الصحية
سكن للجميع-
إلغَاء قانُون دَبْلِن 2-

Immediate regularization of all undocumented migrants! June 20, 2020 - 3 p.m. Place Kléber

Coronavirus and containment were a very difficult time for all of society. But for the undocumented it was even harder. in homes, squats, detention centers, confinement was the endangerment of people inside.

Many fell ill, sometimes seriously, like at the Bugatti squat in Eckbolsheim. after the caregivers, they were on the second line facing the virus.

In response to the health crisis, the state abandoned the undocumented. Stop! now we want the regularization of all undocumented migrants without exception for a dignified life for everyone. the May 30 call said "Immediate measures against the health bomb" and that day events took place across France.

In Strasbourg we were more than a hundred place de la Gare. the Alsace group of undocumented migrants calls on everyone, the undocumented, associations and the whole population to participate in the next rally on June 20, 2020 at 3 p.m. Place Kléber.
Our main demands are:
- immediate regularization of all undocumented migrants
- the closure of detention centers
- accommodation for everyone
- the right to work
- immediate and universal access to healthcare
- the repeal of the Dublin 2 law
